We are committed to increasing access to healthcare in communities where we have a presence through capacity-building grants that align with our mission; and by recognizing and celebrating health systems, providers and public health research that advance clinical practice and expand patient treatment.

Fostering Innovation
We are helping nurture the next generation of scientific innovators, who will lead the way in defining tomorrow’s healthcare technologies. We take a hands-on approach by funding science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education; supporting employees to serve as mentors in communities worldwide; and creating diverse learning opportunities in the sciences.

Working closely with nonprofit organizations across the globe, we identify and respond to a wide range of community needs. In all cases, we look to fund solutions that create measurable impact in Baxter’s communities.
